Joinery machine (CNC joinery)

A modern 5-axis joinery centre at the location Olsberg is integrated in the joinery process. The machine is equipped with 3 Robot spindles and can process components of a maximum length of 24m. For a flexible near-net-shape production, in the automatic tool changers up to 24 different tools are used.

With this equipment, Hüttemann can support the constructive object joinery perfectly, offering also the opportunity to set Hüttemann-BSH products to the customer’s order.

For the processing of the components, BTL format (from Version10.1) is required. This data format can also be generated by us from Cadwork or BoCad file types.

For simple joinery works (diagonal crosscuts, chamfering, drilling, head machining, etc.) DXF or DWG files can also be used as the basis for CNC joinery - please inquire.
